JP Sales Associate

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Sales Associate who is passionate about customer service and enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment. As the face of our brand, you’ll welcome customers, create positive shopping experiences, and help drive sales growth.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist customers with product selection and recommendations.
• Accurately process sales, returns, and exchanges through the POS system.
• Support sales goals through upselling and attentive service.
• Answer customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Help maintain a welcoming, organized store environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to stand/walk up to 8 hours and perform light physical tasks.
