Job Description

We are a USA-based trucking carrier company looking for a Junior Accountant with hands-on experience in accounting and a solid understanding of the trucking industry. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in USA business hours, on-site, and handling daily accounting and compliance-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain daily accounting records using QuickBooks and other accounting software
Handle invoicing, billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions
Assist in payroll processing and expense tracking
Maintain financial documentation and reports
Support compliance-related accounting tasks specific to the trucking industry
Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams for financial accuracy
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all accounting entries

Requirements

Proven experience as a Junior Accountant or in a similar accounting role
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and other accounting software
Understanding of the trucking/logistics industry is mandatory
Familiarity with basic trucking compliance and documentation
Good spoken and written English communication skills
Comfortable working USA-based timings
Willing to work on-site
Relevant field experience is required

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
