Jr. Accountant

Job Summary :-

Duropack Industries Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to support daily accounting operations. The candidate will handle GST entries, bank reconciliation, TDS accounting, payroll processing, and assist in statutory compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities1. GST Accounting & Compliance

• Passing GST purchase and sales entries in accounting software
• Maintaining proper GST records (Input & Output GST)
• Assisting in GST return data preparation (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
• Reconciliation of GST data with books of accounts

2. Bank Reconciliation

• Daily/Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS) preparation
• Monitoring bank transactions and clearing pending entries
• Coordinating with banks for discrepancies

3. TDS Accounting

• Passing TDS entries as per applicable sections
• Maintaining TDS payable ledger
• Assisting in TDS return working and reconciliation
• Tracking TDS receivable and Form 26AS reconciliation

4. Payroll & Salary Processing

• Assisting in monthly payroll preparation
• Salary entries passing in accounts
• Handling statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS)
• Maintaining employee salary records

5. General Accounting Work

• Vendor bill verification and posting
• Petty cash monitoring and accounting
• Ledger scrutiny and reconciliation
• Assisting in month-end and year-end closing
• Supporting internal and external audit processes

Required Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com (Finance or Accounting preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting
• Good knowledge of GST and TDS provisions
• Experience in accounting software (Tally / ERP systems)
• Proficiency in MS Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
