We are looking for a Jr Accountant who:

• Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, supplier’s ledger, customer ledger and general ledger.

• Enter data, maintain records, and create reports and financial statements.
• Perform Cash and Credit Card reconciliations.
• Billing process – calculate, prepare, issue invoices and changes as requested

• Process accounts receivable and payable in a timely manner.
• Assist in payroll process for all employees.

• Assist in W2, 480 forms, Quarterly Returns, and among others process.
• Prepare tax payments.

Job requirements…

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related fields.
• +1 year of experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

• Knowledge in Microsoft Projects, preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English).
• Excellent communications skills.
• Customer services skills.
• Time management skills.
• Problem solving ability.
