Motivated and dedicated person with experience in office administration and assisting accounts department. Knowledge of Talley software is essential

Managing day-to-day office operations, maintaining organized filing systems, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth workflow within the workplace.

Manage filing of cash receipts, petty cash, and cash books and assist accounts department with VAT filing and financial record-keeping.

Proficient in computer applications with excellent communication abilities.

Handle HR-related documentation and administrative support.

Attend incoming calls and coordinate with employees for admin matters.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
