Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Purchase Entries: Record and verify all purchase transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness in the financial system.
- Have a experience in GST preparation.
- Financial Record Maintenance: Maintain organized and meticulous financial records, including invoices, receipts, and other relevant documents.
- Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of financial accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Invoicing & Documentation Oversight
- Ensure accurate and timely generation of customer invoices in line with purchase order.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and summaries for management review.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally Prime.
- Banking Knowledge and bank related documentation preparation work preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
