About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Architect who can efficiently manage both design development and on-site coordination. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, technical knowledge of construction, and the ability to bridge communication between the design studio, consultants, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine architectural designs from concept to execution.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to ensure design integrity.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design intent.
• Resolve on-site technical and design issues in real time.
• Prepare detailed drawings, BOQs, and construction documentation.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants for smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Proven experience in both design documentation and site coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and related design tools.
• Strong understanding of materials, detailing, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualities:

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
• A proactive and design-driven approach to challenges.
• Experience in residential/commercial/institutional projects (as applicable).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
