Jr. Architect

We are looking for a skilled Industrial Architect with 3 years of experience to design, plan, and oversee the construction of industrial facilities, including factories, warehouses, and industrial plants. You will be responsible for creating efficient layouts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering sustainable, practical design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Prepare conceptual and detailed designs for industrial projects.
✅ Develop master plans, layouts, and working drawings using AutoCAD/ZWCAD.
✅ Coordinate with structural, MEP, and project management teams.
✅ Ensure designs comply with industrial norms, building codes, fire safety, and local authority regulations.
✅ Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.
✅ Incorporate sustainable design principles into industrial projects.
✅ Prepare BOQs, technical specifications, and tender documents if required.

Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Architecture.
✅ 8 + years of experience in designing industrial buildings (factories, warehouses, plants).
✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD/ZWCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office; Revit knowledge is a plus.
✅ Knowledge of NBC, fire norms, and industrial building codes.
✅ Good visualization, space planning, and design detailing skills.
✅ Strong communication and coordination abilities.
✅ Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
