Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for architecture, a strong design sensibility, and the ability to contribute fresh ideas to our projects. As a Junior Architect, you will work closely on all aspects of the design process, from concept development to construction documentation.

Responsibilities:

Develop design concepts and presentations

Create detailed drawings and 3D models using CAD software

Conduct research on building materials, codes, and regulations

Collaborate with project teams to coordinate design efforts

Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors

Support project documentation and administration tasks

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software

Strong design and graphic presentation skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Prior internship or work experience in an architectural firm is a plus
