Jr. Architect

Position: Jr .Architect

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to plan, design, and oversee construction projects. The candidate should be capable of handling projects from concept development to execution while ensuring compliance with local building regulations and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs, drawings, and 3D concepts
• Prepare detailed working drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors
• Visit sites to monitor progress and ensure design accuracy
• Ensure compliance with building codes and municipal regulations
• Attend client meetings and present design proposals
• Prepare BOQs and project documentation
• Assist in approvals and authority submissions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Valid registration with Council of Architecture (COA) (if required)
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software
• Good knowledge of building materials and construction methods

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
