We are currently recruiting for our JR ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER position!

The JR Assistant Store Manager is responsible for providing backup to the Store Manager to ensure that all aspects of running a safe, efficient, productive, and profitable operation are achieved.

This position is also responsible for helping the Leadership Team in creating a work environment that is conducive to both the personal and professional growth of all associates by incorporating both respect and growth into the day-to-day operations.

Pay rate goes from $16 to $17 after 30 days. This is an excellent opportunity to join a different kind of retail where career advancement is real!

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in the selection and training of all employees
- Assistant in the oversight and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing merchandise
- Compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Performing or following-up on all delegated tasks while leading by example

Requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Retail supervisory/management experience
- Ability to work with little or no direct supervision
- Computer literacy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Good decision-making abilities
