Immigration Law Firm seeks bilingual (English/Spanish) Attorney. Manage a diverse caseload, represent clients before various immigration agencies and courts. Represent clients at interviews, hearings, and other proceedings before USCIS and the Immigration Court. Prepare and file employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions and family petitions.
