The First Sol (TFS) is looking for a talented and motivated Junior Business Development Executive to join our growing team. If you have experience in generating leads, writing compelling proposals, and communicating effectively with international clients, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Writing high-quality and persuasive proposals on Upwork
• Communicating with clients professionally and winning projects
• Executing LinkedIn outreach campaigns for lead generation
• Identifying and qualifying potential business opportunities

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Upwork proposal writing
• Excellent communication skills to engage and convert clients
• Solid understanding of LinkedIn outreach and lead generation strategies
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
