Jr Business Development Executive

Job Summary

The Junior Business Developer is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, supporting client acquisition efforts, and assisting in revenue growth initiatives. This role focuses on prospecting, relationship building, and supporting senior team members in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients and new market opportunities
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, calls, and networking
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales pitches
  • Schedule meetings and follow-ups with prospects
  • Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate client information
  • Support negotiation and closing processes
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth client onboarding
  • Track sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
  • Meet assigned sales targets and KPIs

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 6Months–2 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confidence in client interaction and presentations
  • Basic understanding of sales funnel and lead generation
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
