The Role:
Jr. Business Development - Riyadh
Are you eager to kickstart your career in business development and sales? Do you enjoy connecting with people, learning the ropes of client relationship management, and supporting deals that drive growth? We're looking for a Jr. Business Development Executive that can assist in building strong client relationships, support the sales process, and help represent Khosh Fkra Media with professionalism and creativity across Saudi Arabia.
A Day in the Life
- B2B Client Engagement Support: Assist in presenting KFM's services and solutions to prospective business clients.
- Lead Follow Up: Support the team in managing communications with B2B leads and prospects.
- Relationship Building: Help maintain long term client relationships with a business first mindset.
- Proposal Support: Assist in preparing tailored B2B proposals and presentations.
- Pipeline Management: Track B2B leads, meetings, and proposal statuses to ensure smooth deal progression.
- CRM & Reporting: Keep records updated and assist with weekly reporting on business client interactions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Representation: Occasionally attend B2B client meetings, events, or activations to support the team.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 2 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client facing roles (media, marketing, or creative industries preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to learn.
- Organized, detail oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Google Workspace is a plus.
- Professional, accountable, and results driven with a collaborative mindset.
- Willingness to travel within Riyadh and across Saudi Arabia for client meetings or events.
