Jr Buyer

Job Summary
We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish English) motivated and detail-oriented Junior Buyer to join our procurement team. In this role, you will assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, supplies, and services to support our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain management and experience with ERP systems. Duties

• Collaborate with senior buyers to identify purchasing needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Manage inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize excess inventory.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier communications.
• Participate in logistics planning to optimize the supply chain process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred..
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with suppliers..
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: $47,680.99 - $57,422.27 per year
