Jr. Buyer

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Buyer to join our purchasing team. The ideal candidate will support sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management activities across various departments. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in supply chain management, and procurement strategies. The Junior Buyer will collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely acquisition of materials and services, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Duties

• Support purchasing processes for raw materials, components, and services aligned with production planning and inventory control
• Conduct supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract management to secure optimal pricing and terms
• Monitor supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery and maintain optimal inventory levels
• Collaborate with logistics, merchandising, and production teams to coordinate procurement schedules
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and inventory transactions within ERP platforms
• Assist in analyzing market trends for sourcing opportunities and cost-saving initiatives
• Support the development of sourcing strategies for e-commerce channels and supply chain optimization

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to establish effective supplier relationships
• Understanding of supply chain management concepts including logistics, pricing strategies, production planning, and merchandising
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and data entry
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced environment
