Jr. Case Manager

Kronos Law is a fast-growing personal injury firm focused on high-volume case management and aggressive settlement strategies. We handle motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and catastrophic injury cases, with a strong emphasis on efficiency, organization, and results.

We are looking for a Junior Case Manager who is detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to grow within a high-performance team.

Case Manager Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases Treatment - Demand Prep.
• Maintain active communication with clients regarding treatment status, appointments, and case updates
• Ensure clients are actively treating and follow up on any gaps in care (chiropractic, MRI, specialist visits, etc.)
• Request, track, and organize medical records and billing for all providers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date files in Filevine and ensure all documents are properly uploaded and labeled in Dropbox
• Communicate with insurance companies to:
• Confirm liability status
• Request policy limits and coverage information
• Follow up on claim status and property damage issues
• Identify and escalate issues such as:
• Liability disputes
• Low Limits Cases
• Assist in demand preparation by compiling medical records, bills, and supporting documentation
• Maintain detailed notes, updates, and task assignments within the case management system (Filevine).

You also will have support staff to keep up with workload.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
