About the Role

We are seeking confident, compassionate closers who know how to turn conversations into conversions. As a Final Expense Closer, you’ll speak directly with warm leads seniors who have expressed interest and guide them toward peace of mind through affordable coverage.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound and transferred calls from pre-qualified leads
• Build trust quickly and close with clarity, empathy, and urgency
• Explain final expense plans in simple, reassuring language
• Follow up with interested clients and maintain CRM notes
• Hit monthly targets and earn uncapped commissions

What You Bring

• Strong phone presence and persuasive communication
• Experience in insurance, sales, or Final expense closing
• Hunger to earn six figures and change lives doing it
• Ability to work independently and stay accountable
• Empathy, integrity, and a drive to serve
