Job Overview

Rank Arrow is seeking a motivated Junior CMS Developer to support the development, management, and optimization of websites across modern CMS platforms. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in CMS development and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain websites using CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow
• Assist in customizing themes, templates, and plugins
• Ensure websites are responsive, secure, and optimized for performance
• Support website deployment, updates, and basic troubleshooting
• Integrate plugins and assist with third-party tools and APIs
• Follow SEO best practices for site structure and performance
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams on website tasks

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in CMS development
• Basic to intermediate experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
• Understanding of theme customization and plugin usage
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic PHP
• Familiarity with hosting environments, cPanel, and domain management
• Strong willingness to learn with good problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month

• Lahore: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
