Location: Fully remote (U.S. / Canada market)
You daily KPIs as a Junior Cold Caller/SDR at Freight Genie:
Timings (Monday - Friday):
Your workday may end one hour earlier if you achieve your daily meeting KPI.
If the KPI of daily meeting is not met, you are expected to stay until the full shift end time mentioned above to continue working toward it.

About the Role:
As a Jr. Cold Caller/SDR at Freight Genie, you’ll focus on outbound cold calls, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for our clients. You’ll work directly with business owners and decision-makers, helping grow our clients’ pipeline while building your career in B2B sales.
We’re looking for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience who are confident on the phone, goal-oriented, and excited to learn.
