Jr. Content & AI Video Creator (Contract Basis)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and energetic Jr. Social Media Manager / Post Creator to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging social media posts, videos, AI-generated videos, editing videos, writing content, and building prospect lists for marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create eye-catching and engaging social media posts for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.)
• Develop AI-generated videos and perform basic to intermediate video editing
• Write creative and SEO-friendly content, including posts, captions, and articles
• Plan and create monthly content calendars for social media campaigns
• Perform prospect listing (collecting targeted leads and verified contact details)
• Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency across all content
• Suggest innovative ideas to improve engagement and reach

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Canva / CapCut / Adobe Premiere / AI Video Tools (e.g., Pika, Runway, Synthesia, etc.)
• Strong understanding of social media trends and design aesthetics
• Basic content writing and copywriting skills
• Knowledge of AI tools for video and image generation (preferred)
• Ability to research and build lead/prospect lists
• Good communication and time management skills

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
