Jr. Designer

We are looking for a passionate and creative Junior Designer who is eager to learn, experiment and grow with us. This role is ideal for freshers, beginners or anyone with a strong interest in design who wants to build their career in the creative field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create posters, offer flyers, social media creatives, and other marketing materials as required.
• Support the team with quick design adaptations and edits.
• Ensure designs follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
• Collaborate with the team to bring creative ideas into simple, attractive designs.
• Prepare files in the correct format for print and digital use.
• Stay open to feedback and make revisions to improve design quality.
• Learn and adapt to design tools, industry trends and feedback from senior designers.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver creative projects on time.

Requirements:

• Passion for design and creativity.
• Basic knowledge of design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma – training will be provided).
• Willingness to learn, take feedback and improve.
• Attention to detail and eagerness to experiment with new ideas.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
