Position Overview:
We are seeking a recent Interior Design graduate who is eager to begin their career and learn directly from experienced kitchen and bath design professionals. This is a unique entry-level opportunity that combines hands-on training with client-facing showroom responsibilities.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and welcome clients and visitors to the showroom
• Answer and direct phone calls professionally
• Answer sales leads and process them in our CRM system
• Direct lead information to sales designers for future appointments
• Assist Clients with cabinetry and color selection
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom
• Support the design team as you learn industry-specific skills

What We’re Looking For:

• Recent graduate with a degree in Interior Design (or related field)
• Professional, friendly, and well-spoken demeanor
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Detail-oriented with a sense of pride in maintaining a polished environment
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting

Pay: $42,000.00 per year
