Our flagship product, EDU, streamlines operations, boosts productivity, and facilitates data-driven decision-making. We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to help us increase brand visibility, drive lead generation, and enhance customer engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, SEO, social media, and email.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and email campaigns.
  • Create/manage blogs, case studies, newsletters, social posts, and short-form videos/reels.
  • Collaborate with design, sales, and creative teams for timely campaign delivery.
  • Set up drip sequences, lead nurturing, and automation workflows using Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Zoho.
  • Improve website SEO, traffic, and conversions; manage landing pages and content updates.
  • Track, analyze, and report KPIs via GA4, GTM, Ads Manager, and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Manage marketing tools, CRM integration, tagging, and workflow automation.

Key Skills:

  • SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, Meta & LinkedIn Ads.
  • Marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • AI content tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI).
  • Basic video & design skills (Canva, Adobe, CapCut).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Post-Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field; digital marketing certification preferred.
  • 0.5–1 year of experience in SaaS/ERP or education-related digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of traffic growth, lead generation, and campaign ROI.

KPIs:

  • Website traffic and SEO ranking growth.
  • Leads generated and CPL optimization.
  • Social media engagement.
  • Email campaign performance (open & CTR).
  • Paid ad ROI.
  • Timely delivery of campaigns in coordination with design teams.
