Job Title: In-House Marketing Coordinator – Real Estate Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad Type: Full-Time Experience: 2–4 years (Real Estate or related field preferred) About the Role: We’re looking for a proactive and organized In-House Marketing Coordinator to join our real estate team. This person will be the key point of contact between our brand and external marketing agency, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of all marketing activities. You’ll also manage & monitor our website, listings, social media, Google Review and support lead generation strategies. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with external marketing & ad agency for campaigns, branding, creatives, and performance tracking Manage website content and ensure regular updates and property listings Assist with photoshoots, video walkthroughs, and brochures for properties Support offline marketing – hoardings, pamphlets, exhibitions, etc. Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials Maintain property marketing assets Work on increasing social media followers, Encourage and collect google reviews from client and followers. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 2+ years of experience in marketing (real estate experience preferred) Strong coordination & project management skills Familiar with tools like Excel , Canva.
