Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced, creative, and data-driven Marketing Executive to lead strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand presence and drive qualified leads. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, campaign management, and a strong command of Canva and marketing automation platforms.
You will collaborate closely with the Business Development and Leadership teams to execute impactful campaigns that align with business goals and growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
- Plan, manage, and optimize social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
- Create high-quality marketing content using Canva — including social posts, banners, infographics, and email creatives.
- Manage email marketing and automation workflows to nurture leads and improve engagement rates.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and outreach strategies.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices.
- Support event marketing, including webinars, campaigns, and virtual promotions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 1–2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a similar role within an IT or B2B environment.
- Proficiency in Canva, social media management tools, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights), and CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
