- Social Media Management:
- Plan, create, and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and analyse insights for improvement.
- Support in building a strong personal brand for Career Coach Megha and the MBC brand.
- Content Creation & Coordination:
- Assist in ideating and developing content for reels, posts, blogs, and emailers.
- Coordinate with designers/editors for timely execution.
- Video editing is a plus point.
- Email Marketing:
- Create and manage email campaigns (Mailchimp / ConvertKit / HubSpot).
- Build and maintain subscriber lists with proper segmentation.
- Track performance and optimise for better conversions.
- WhatsApp Marketing:
- Manage broadcast lists and community groups.
- Schedule updates, promotions, and student communication.
- Maintain structured records of leads and nurture workflows.
- Day-to-Day Marketing Operations:
- Assist with planning and execution of marketing campaigns for ACCA, CMA, CFA, and career counselling services.
- Support webinar promotions, student testimonials, and course announcements.
- Help with basic SEO and website updates (preferred but not mandatory).
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing (freshers with strong skills can also apply).
- Strong understanding of social media trends and content strategies.
- Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro / CapCut) — added advantage.
- Good communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite is preferred.
