Jr. Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and creative Junior Digital Marketing Executive to support our daily social media and marketing activities. No technical expertise is required—just good communication, creativity, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and post content on social media platforms.
• Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and interactions.
• Research content ideas and trends by studying competitor pages.
• Search and shortlist influencers for brand collaborations.
• Coordinate with the design team for creatives and post requirements.
• Maintain a social media calendar and ensure timely execution.
• Prepare simple performance reports (training will be provided).
• Support the team in day-to-day marketing activities.

Skills Required

• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Creative thinking & interest in online trends.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Any graduate (Marketing background not mandatory).
• Internship or basic experience in social media is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
