Job Title: Junior Digital Marketing Executive (Property Listings & Lead Support)

Full-time, Monday to Friday
Aligned with UK business hours (approx. 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST)
No weekend work unless agreed in advance

This role is not a creative, strategy or brand-building position.

You will be working on repeatable, clearly defined marketing tasks to support a UK property business. The work is structured, execution-focused and low-ambiguity.

If you are looking for brainstorming sessions, frequent meetings, creative control, or daily guidance, do not apply.

What you will do (strict scope)

You will be responsible for executing basic marketing tasks, including:

• Posting and refreshing property listings on platforms provided
• Posting adverts in Facebook groups using provided templates
• Responding to basic enquiries using pre-written scripts
• Passing qualified leads into a shared tracker / CRM
• Keeping listings active, updated, and visible
• Flagging obvious issues (duplicate ads, expired listings, missing info)

Additional Responsibilities (Execution Only):

• Posting and maintaining basic social media updates using provided templates
• Reposting property availability on Facebook and Instagram
• Keeping accounts active and responsive
• No content creation, strategy, or creative decision-making required

You will not:

• negotiate with leads
• conduct sales calls
• design marketing strategy
• manage social media branding

This is execution, not decision-making.

How you will work

• Tasks will be clearly assigned
• Templates and scripts will be provided
• Output matters more than opinions
• Communication will be minimal and task-based
• You will be expected to work independently once instructions are given

If something is unclear, you are expected to use judgement and proceed, not wait indefinitely for confirmation.

What success looks like

• Listings remain active and visible
• Enquiries are responded to promptly
• Leads are passed on cleanly
• Minimal questions and follow-ups required
• Founder involvement stays close to zero

If things keep moving without reminders, you are doing the job well.

What this role is NOT

This is not:

• a content creator role
• a performance marketing role
• a social media influencer role
• a “learn marketing” internship

This role suits someone who prefers clear tasks and independent execution.

Requirements

• Based in Pune, Maharashtra
• Prior experience with basic digital marketing, classifieds, or online posting
• Comfortable working with templates and instructions
• Good written English (simple, clear replies)
• Reliable internet and ability to work UK-aligned hours
• Comfortable working without frequent supervision

Compensation

• Fixed monthly salary (to be discussed based on experience)
• No commissions or bonuses at this stage
• Scope is intentionally limited

This role is designed to be stable and predictable.
