Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with a strong focus on SEO to manage and improve our website’s organic visibility, rankings, and traffic. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO and a good understanding of overall digital marketing fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities:- SEO (Primary Focus)

On-Page SEO

• Keyword research and mapping (primary & secondary keywords)
• Optimizing meta titles, descriptions, headers (H1–H6)
• Content optimization as per SEO best practices
• Image optimization (ALT tags, size, format)
• Internal linking structure improvement
• URL structure optimization

Off-Page SEO

• Link building (white-hat techniques only)
• Guest posting, business listings, profile submissions
• Competitor backlink analysis
• Managing outreach for backlinks
• Monitoring spam links and disavowing if required

Technical SEO

• Website audit using tools like Screaming Frog / Ahrefs / SEMrush
• Improving site speed, Core Web Vitals
• Fixing crawl errors, index issues
• XML sitemap & robots.txt optimization
• Mobile-friendliness & HTTPS checks
• Basic understanding of schema markup

Digital Marketing (Secondary)

• Google Search Console & Google Analytics monitoring
• SEO performance reporting (weekly/monthly)
• Coordination with content & development team
• Social media coordination for SEO support

Required Skills & Tools

• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with:
• Google Analytics
• Google Search Console
• Ahrefs / SEMrush / Ubersuggest (any one)
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS (SEO point of view)
• Good analytical & problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of experience in SEO
• Proven SEO work (live projects / websites)
• Basic content understanding
• Good communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience with WordPress websites
• Local SEO knowledge
• Knowledge of AI tools for SEO (ChatGPT, Surfer, etc.)
• Understanding of conversion tracking & events

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
