Key Responsibilities

• Strategize & execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns for client acquisition.
• Lead data research & prospect building from online portals.
• Drive client acquisition via digital marketing channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn outreach, targeted campaigns).
• Analyze marketing performance & prepare MIS dashboards.
• Train and guide junior executives in data handling & digital marketing.
• Innovate with AI tools for marketing, data analysis and campaign optimization.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate with 2 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing & client acquisition.
• Strong track record of lead generation and client acquisition through digital platforms.
• Proficient in LinkedIn, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads and Excel/Google Sheets.
• AI-curious – must be comfortable adopting AI/automation tools for business growth.
• Excellent communication & analytical skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of handling end-to-end marketing & business development independently.
