Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (social media, email, search, display, etc.) to drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms to maximize ROI.
- Oversee SEO strategy, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, to improve organic search rankings and website performance.
- Lead content strategy, ensuring alignment across blogs, social media, websites, email campaigns, and ad creatives.
- Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and optimize campaigns for engagement and lead generation.
- Plan and execute WhatsApp marketing and lead-generation campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, prepare reports, and recommend optimization strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior marketing executives and team members.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 1-3 years in digital marketing, preferably in hospitality or tech marketing.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and lead generation campaigns.
- Experience managing social media campaigns, WhatsApp marketing, and content strategy.
- Data-driven, creative, and result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to lead a team, handle multiple campaigns, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
