Position: Digital Marketing Executive – Social Media & Campaigns

Location: Indore

Department: Marketing / Digital Marketing

Reporting To: Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage our social media presence, digital campaigns, and online brand positioning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, executing social media strategies, and running targeted campaigns to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

*Social Media Management*

Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, videos, graphics, stories) across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).

Manage social media calendars to ensure timely and consistent brand communication.

Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to enhance brand visibility.

Handle community engagement – responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.

*Digital Campaign Management*

Plan, execute, and monitor paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

Optimize campaigns for better ROI, CTR, and conversion rates.

Manage influencer collaborations and digital partnerships for brand campaigns.

Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.

*Analytics & Reporting*

Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports on engagement, reach, impressions, and conversions.

Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.

*Content & Branding*

Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, and video editors for creative requirements.

Ensure brand consistency in tone, messaging, and design across all digital platforms.

Develop innovative ideas for online promotions, contests, and campaigns.

*Qualifications & Skills Required*

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

1–3 years of proven experience in social media management and digital marketing campaigns.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms, paid advertising, and analytics tools.

Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEO basics.

Excellent communication, creative thinking, and multitasking skills.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams (design, content, sales).
