Junior Digital Sales Analyst
Summary
The Junior Digital Sales Analyst supports the growth of UWI’s digital sales channels by assisting with online account management, sales reporting, and e-commerce operations. This entry-level role combines sales support with basic business analysis, providing hands-on experience in digital commerce while building analytical skills.
The Junior Digital Sales Analyst will collaborate with the Digital Sales Manager and cross-functional teams to maintain product listings, monitor sales performance, and help implement strategies that drive revenue across e-commerce platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about digital sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in managing digital sales channels such as Amazon, Walmart.com, and brand-owned e-commerce sites.
- Support the creation and maintenance of product listings, pricing, and digital content.
- Monitor daily sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs; escalate trends or issues to the Digital Sales Manager.
- Help prepare presentations and sales summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct basic sales and market research to support digital growth initiatives.
- Coordinate with marketing to ensure promotional campaigns are accurately executed online.
- Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to track inventory and order fulfillment for e-commerce partners.
- Provide administrative and analytical support for the digital sales team, including ad hoc projects.

Education and/or Experience
- A passion for cycling and the outdoors!
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, e-commerce, or business analysis (internship or entry-level experience acceptable).
- Familiarity with digital sales platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart Marketplace) a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or AWS Quicksight) preferred.
