Jr. Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Junior Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in the plastics, polymers, or chemicals industry. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on problem solver who can support production, quality, and process improvement activities. This role requires frequent site visits, so a valid UAE driving license and personal car are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in process monitoring, troubleshooting, and improvement in production operations.
• Support testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Work closely with the senior engineering team to implement new projects and technologies.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations as required.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering (required).
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in plastics, polymers, or chemical manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of process engineering, troubleshooting, and quality control practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal car (mandatory).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
