Job Title: JR. Engineer – Power Plant
Location: Sharjah, UAE

Job Overview:
We are currently hiring Emirati Engineer for a leading power plant operation in Sharjah. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduate or early-career professionals (1–3 years experience) to build a strong foundation in the power and energy sector.

Note:

Key Responsibilities:

• Support operation and maintenance activities of plant equipment
• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation systems
• Monitor plant performance and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for maintenance and inspections
• Prepare basic technical reports and documentation

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering
• 0–3 years of experience (Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply)
• Strong interest in power plant operations and maintenance
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Candidates with internship or training experience from: DEWA / SEWA / EtihadWE/ FEWA also be considered
