Jr Executive Engineer – Mechanical (HVACR Division)

About the Role:

Brothers Air Conditioning is seeking fresh, energetic, and passionate Mechanical Engineering graduates to join our team as Junior Executives – Mechanical (HVACR Division).
This position offers hands-on exposure to real-world HVACR projects, system design, and on-site execution, providing an excellent platform for career growth in the mechanical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior engineers in HVAC system design, project planning, and documentation.
• Participate in heat load calculations, equipment selection, and material estimation.
• Support project execution, site supervision, and installation activities.
• Coordinate with procurement, vendors, and clients under supervision.
• Prepare technical reports, BOQs, and project progress updates.
• Ensure all work complies with company standards, safety, and client specifications.

Qualification:

• B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Fresh graduates or those with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Technical Skills:

• Basic understanding of HVAC system design and refrigeration cycles.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD / Revit for mechanical drawings.
• Familiarity with heat load calculation, duct sizing, and equipment selection.
• Understanding of project estimation, BOQs, and cost analysis.
• Awareness of ASHRAE, SMACNA, and related international standards.
