Key Responsibilities.
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Coordinate onboarding and documentation of new employees
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support payroll inputs and attendance management
- Handle employee queries and provide HR support
- Assist in performance management and appraisal coordination
- Maintain statutory compliance documentation
- Support employee engagement activities
- Prepare HR reports and MIS using MS Office
