Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our digital marketing team in Ernakulam. The ideal candidate should have a passion for visual storytelling, strong design sense, and the ability to create engaging digital content that aligns with brand goals and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging visual content for social media and advertisements
• Support the marketing team with creative inputs and design ideas for ongoing campaigns.
• Create visual layouts, infographics, and illustrations that align with brand identity and campaign objectives.
• Edit and retouch product and lifestyle images for digital use.
• Collaborate with the content, social media, and web teams to maintain consistency across all marketing materials.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in graphic design (freshers with strong portfolios are welcome).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and After Effects (basic video editing skills are a plus).
• Strong sense of typography, layout, and colour theory.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
