Insta Signs Plus is looking for an Entry-Level Jr. Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone right out of college or currently studying design who wants real, hands-on experience.

This position is heavily focused on quick layout tasks, simple design edits, re-orders, and production-ready formatting—not big branding overhauls. If you know the basics, are willing to take direction, and can keep things moving, you’ll thrive here.

A Big Part of the Job: Customer Service

This isn’t a “headphones on all day” design job. You’ll spend 30–40% of your day answering phones, helping walk-in customers, and supporting basic front-counter needs.
Think of this as a hybrid role: design + customer service + production support.

If you’ve worked in retail, restaurants, coffee shops, or any job where you talk to people all day, you already have the mindset we're looking for.

Responsibilities

• Complete quick layout projects, re-orders, and simple design edits
• Prepare clean, production-ready files for print and fabrication
• Answer customer phone calls and assist walk-in customers
• Gather project details and provide basic support at the front counter
• Work with the senior designers and production team to keep jobs moving
• Learn internal systems, software, and sign production processes
• Provide general support wherever needed throughout the day

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of design principles (layout, spacing, typography)
• Familiarity with the Adobe Suite, the Affinity Suite, or Corel Draw. Designing in CANVA IS NOT AN OPTION here.
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience in retail, food service, or other customer-facing roles is a plus
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a busy environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
