Jr. Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for visual storytelling and be eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced work environment. You will assist in creating engaging designs for digital and print platforms while working closely with senior designers and the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating visual content for social media, websites, ads, presentations, and marketing materials
• Design graphics such as banners, posts, brochures, flyers, and email creatives
• Support branding initiatives and maintain brand consistency across all designs
• Make revisions based on feedback from seniors or clients
• Prepare final design files for print or digital publishing
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and other internal teams
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and creativity

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or CorelDRAW
• Basic understanding of social media design formats
• Motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects / Premiere Pro)
• Familiarity with print design standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
