Role Overview:

Join our dynamic team at TQI as a Junior Graphic Designer, where you’ll get hands-on experience in shaping brand visuals and digital identities. You’ll work closely with our creative team to design engaging visuals for social media, marketing campaigns, packaging, and more — bringing creative ideas to life.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in creating visually appealing designs for social media, print, packaging, and branding materials.

Work on tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, Figma, and Canva.

Support the team in developing artwork, layouts, and mood boards.

Help in transforming sketches and concepts into final digital designs.

Contribute to campaign design, product catalogs, and presentation decks.

Stay updated with design trends and innovative creative tools, including AI-based design tools.

Maintain files and folders on G-Suite and support in building a content repository.

Qualifications:

Recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Basic understanding of design principles — typography, layout, and color theory.

Familiarity with design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma).

Interest in learning about brand design, UI/UX, and digital marketing.

Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management.
Requirement: Freshers to candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
