Jr Graphic Designer

• Use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
• Use their creative craft, understanding of platforms, and grasp of culture to solve branding and marketing problems for a variety of brands.
• Work with a copywriter as a partner but occasionally function alone.
• Manage time as it's essential to meet the demands of multiple jobs.
• Understand the difference between a creative idea and a tactical execution and (based on the nature of the project) must be proficient at working on both.
• Responsible for art direction on all mediums, everything from social posts to videos to micro-content.
• Stay current with technology and trends as well as seek opportunities to improve your art/design skills.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Reviewing junior designers’ work to ensure high quality
• Overseeing all design projects, from conception to delivery
