Job Summary
Seeking a recent college passout eager to kickstart their career with a dynamic D2C gardening brand like Ugaoo. Must demonstrate a solid foundation in typography and design fundamentals, with a keen eye for clean, brand-aligned visuals. Ideal for someone hungry to grow through hands-on listing image creation and adaptation work.
Responsibilities:
  • Strong sense of typography (font pairing, hierarchy, readability across digital/print).
  • Fundamental design principles: composition, color theory, balance, and white space for product-focused imagery.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for resizing, adapting, and optimizing listing images.
  • Quick learner comfortable with e-commerce specs (e.g., Amazon/Flipkart formats, aspect ratios).
  • Excellent collaboration: Works seamlessly with marketing, performance, and copy teams; thrives on iterative feedback and tight deadlines.
Requirements:
  • BFA/MFA in Graphic Design or Applied Arts from reputed institutes (e.g., NID, Sir J.J. School of Art, MIT Institute of Design).
  • Diploma/certificate in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Digital Design from recognized programs (e.g., Arena Animation, MAAC).
  • Self-taught candidates with exceptional portfolios considered - no formal design degree required if work showcases strong aesthetic sense and practical skills.
Expected Cultural Fit
