Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer Executive to join our growing design team. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career designers who are eager to gain hands-on experience in branding, social media creatives, marketing collateral, and digital design while working closely with senior designers.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create visually engaging designs for social media, digital marketing, print, packaging, and branding materials
• Work with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, Figma, and Canva
• Assist in developing artwork, layouts, mood boards, and presentation decks
• Convert creative concepts and rough sketches into polished digital designs
• Support campaign creatives, catalogs, and brand assets
• Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs
• Stay updated with current design trends and creative tools, including AI-based design tools
• Organize and maintain creative files and content repository on G-Suite

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Fresher to 2 years of experience in graphic design or related roles
• Basic to good understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and design principles
• Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced creative environment

Required Skills

• Creativity with strong attention to detail
• Good time management and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Basic communication skills
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude

Preferred

• Gujarati-speaking candidates preferred as well
• Exposure to UI/UX or digital marketing creatives is a plus
