Jr. Graphic Designer(Tiruppur)

We are looking for a motivated Jr. Graphic Designer to join our Monument design team. You will start by supporting our order flow and design organization, gradually taking on complex memorial layouts. We value a "student mindset"—someone eager to learn how digital art translates into permanent stone. Must be currently residing in Tiruppur.

What You Will Learn in This Job:

• Vision-to-Layout Translation: Develop the in-depth design knowledge required to take a client's abstract idea and translate it into digital designs and layouts.
• Technical Mastery: Prep low-quality imagery for high-end Laser Etching
• Industrial Accuracy: Develop the discipline of "First-Time-Right" production where errors are not an option.
• Diverse skills: It is not just design, the scope of learning is much more. You will learn to handle data by managing large design libraries and interdisciplinary reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating high-contrast layouts for headstones using Adobe Photoshop.
• Convert symbols into clean vector paths using Adobe Illustrator.
• Organize and update the design library to ensure production efficiency.
• Support the senior team in cross-checking order data (names, dates, and dimensions) for 100% accuracy.
• Maintain daily production logs and status reports.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Software: Strong foundation in Photoshop (Pen tool and basic retouching) and Illustrator.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to work with zero error precision.
• Reliability: Strict adherence to timelines, attendance, and payroll policies.

Local Residency: Must be currently residing in Tiruppur.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
