Job Overview:
We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, screen, and connect with the best-fit candidates for both technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate will be well-versed with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed and will have the ability to work effectively from the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Candidates: Use platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed to find potential candidates for open positions.
- Conducting Candidate Calls: Engage with candidates via phone calls to assess their skills, interests, and fit for the role.
- Screening Resumes: Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for interviews.
- Building Candidate Pipeline: Create and maintain a robust database of potential candidates for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Coordinating with Hiring Managers: Collaborate with the hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure candidates meet the expectations.
- Job Posting: Post job openings on relevant job boards and company portals.
- Additional Sourcing Channels: Knowledge of other job portals will be a plus to further expand sourcing avenues.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing roles (freshers are welcome).
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Good understanding of recruitment tools and job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
- Knowledge of other platforms (such as Monster, Glassdoor, etc.) is a plus.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
