What You’ll Do
HR Support:
- Recruitment Coordination: Post job openings, schedule interviews, and act as the primary point of contact for candidates.
- Onboarding: Prepare welcome kits, set up new hire workstations, and assist with orientation.
- Employee Records: Maintain digital and physical personnel files, ensuring 100% compliance and confidentiality.
- Culture: Assist in planning team-building events, holiday parties, and employee recognition programs.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 0–6 months of experience in an office environment (internships count!).
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a quick learner of new software.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Mindset: You are a "people person" who stays calm under pressure and maintains a high level of discretion.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
