Emerald & Oak, a boutique interior design firm, is seeking a talented and motivated Design Assistant to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for helping bring beautiful spaces to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and revise design drawings using CAD software with accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist with design selections, specifications, and presentation documents.
• Track purchases, purchase orders, and vendor communications using design management software.
• Collaborate with designers, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project coordination.
• Maintain organized records of design choices, budgets, and schedules.
• Provide day-to-day support to the design team to help projects run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
• Familiarity with design or project management software for tracking purchases and POs.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to help wherever needed.
